~ When we polled fellow food bloggers, asking for their very most popular healthy recipe, several of them said that their all-time biggest hit was a simple, healthy smoothie! These reader-favorite smoothie recipes are perfect for breakfast, or for power snacks to re-energize you on busy afternoons! ~
A few weeks ago, we shared a post featuring some of the all-time best breakfast recipes, and it was tempting to just lump these smoothies in with them, since smoothies make terrific busy-morning breakfasts.
But smoothies are also perfect mid-day snacks, too. My kiddos love having a cool, creamy, refreshing smoothie when they climb off the bus on hot days! So, we really could’ve combined these smoothies into our upcoming best-ever snacks post, too.
What to do? What to do??? Breakfast … snack … maybe even dessert?!?! Smoothies are just so great all day long!
There was only one answer: these versatile, perfect-anytime smoothies earned a spot all their own!
