Edamame Hummus

This Edamame Hummus was inspired by the edamame hummus at Trader Joe’s!

This delicious and healthy recipe is so easy and so yummy!

– Shelled edamame – Tahini – Water – Lemon juice – Canola oil – Garlic – Kosher salt

INGREDIENTS:

Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor.

Process until desired consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.

Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.

When serving, drizzle with a little olive oil, if desired.
