Sea Island Seafood Stew from Skull Creek Boathouse

This Seafood Stew is a showstopper masterpiece that’ll absolutely wow ’em at your next dinner party!

IngredientS

- extra virgin olive oil - diced celery - chopped green pepper - crab or seafood stock - neck clams - fresh green beans - jumbo lump crabmeat - bay scallops - shrimp, peeled and deveined - frozen okra, thawed

Step 1 :  Sauté celery, green pepper, onion, and garlic, stirring frequently so the garlic doesn't burn.

Step 2 :  Add clams and continue simmering until the clams pop open, about 10-18 minutes, depending on size.

Step 3: Add green beans and continue simmering for about 5 minutes.
