Strawberry-Peanut Butter Quesadillas

Your same-old-same-old peanut butter and jelly sandwich gets a creative, deliciously fun makeover! Warm, gooey peanut butter is sandwiched in a crispy, toasty quesadilla.

Fresh strawberries, crunchy almonds and sweet coconut take it to a whole new level yummy awesomeness. Your PB&J will never be quite the same again!

• wheat tortillas • peanut butter • strawberries • almonds • coconut

Ingredients

Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter over each tortilla. The top half of each tortilla with 1/3 cup sliced strawberries.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon almonds and 1 tablespoon coconut over berries. Fold the quesadillas in half.

Place one or two quesadillas into the preheated skillet and cook on the first side for a minute or two. Once the quesadillas turn golden brown, flip each over and cook for another minute or two more.
