- pecan halves - oats - flaxseed meal - honey - chocolate chips - brown sugar

INGREDIENTS:

Place 1 cup pecans in a mini food processor. Process until the pecans have reached a consistency similar to natural peanut butter.

Place pecan butter in a medium bowl and add oats, flax, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir to combine.

Add chocolate chips and coconut. Stir again.

These freeze very well. If frozen, they will be thawed and ready to eat in about 20 minutes.
