No-Cook Praline Peach Instant Oatmeal

Perfectly delicious with sweet summer peaches, crunchy pecans and the rich notes of caramel-y pralines, this simple recipe for no-cook instant oatmeal is quick and easy – great for busy mornings!

Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, stirring with a whisk to combine thoroughly. Add oats, pecans, and dates, stirring again to combine.

Gently stir in peaches. Taste for sweetness and add brown sugar only if needed to enhance sweetness and caramel-y praline flavor.

Allow oats mixture to sit for a minute or two before serving, if needed, so oats soften and thicken to your liking.
