Layered Rainbow Jell-O Salad

No one will ever guess how much healthier this pretty Rainbow Jell-O Salad is! It’s high in protein … and actually easy to make, too! Plus, you can use our tips to customize the colors for any holiday or event!

IngredientS

– Jell-O gelatin – Water – Greek yogurt

Step 1 :  Add 1 packet of Jell-O to the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.

Step 2 :  Pour 1/2 cup of this liquid into a 9x13 pan to create a "clear" layer, tilting pan for even coverage if necessary.

Step 3 :   Refrigerate until set.
