– Yellow squash – Zucchini – Red onion – Extra virgin olive oil – Fresh rosemary – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Flatout flatbreads

INGREDIENTS:

In a medium bowl, combine yellow squash, zucchini, and onion with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

Spread vegetable mixture in an even, single layer on a grill topper.
