– Walnuts – Quick oats – Flaxseed meal – Chopped dates – Shredded coconut – Pure maple syrup – Chopped walnuts

INGREDIENTS:

Place walnuts in a mini food processor. Process, scraping sides occasionally, until the walnut butter is the consistency of natural peanut butter.
