Step 1 : Put water and about 1/4 of the salsa in the bottom of the Instant Pot insert. Add the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on the chicken, and then pour the remaining salsa over top.
Step 2 : Close the Instant Pot lid (making sure the "venting" steam release knob is set to sealing, not venting). Select Manual, High Pressure, 15 minutes.
