Ingredients
QUINOA:
Water
Quinoa
SALAD:
Frozen corn
Black beans
Shelled edamame
Red pepper
Cilantro
Green onions
Garlic cloves
VINAIGRETTE:
Lemon juice
Reduced-sodium soy sauce
Smooth dijon mustard
Olive oil

1. Place water and quinoa in a small saucepan and prepare according to package directions.
