Edamame Hummus

This delicious and healthy recipe is so easy and so yummy! It takes only a few minutes to make and is perfect for entertaining or as an everyday snack!

IngredientS

- shelled edamame, thawed - tahini - water - lemon juice - canola oil - garlic, roughly chopped - kosher salt - onion powder - black pepper - olive oil 

Step 1 :  Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor (we like to use the smallest, “mini” container in our Ninja processor set).

Step 2 :  Process until desired consistency, scraping down the sides as needed.

Step 3 : Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend. When serving, drizzle with a little olive oil, if desired.
