- bell peppers - black beans, rinsed and drained - chopped cilantro - juice of 1 lime - cider vinegar - extra virgin olive oil - kosher salt - ground black pepper

Step 1 :  In a large bowl, combine chopped bell peppers, black beans, and cilantro.

Step 2 :  In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3 : Pour dressing over bell pepper mixture and stir to combine.
