Super-Fast Herbed Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta

Bursting with Mediterranean herbs and feta, it’s crazy-delicious … impressive enough for dinner parties (truly swoon-worthy!), but also quick enough for super-busy weeknights!

– whole wheat linguine – olive oil – sweet onion – shrimp – garlic  – diced tomatoes – tomato sauce – fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley – oregano – basil

Step 1 :  Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain.

Step 2 :  Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, briefly heat oil. Add onions and cook until just beginning to soften, about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3 :  Add shrimp and garlic, and continue cooking until shrimp are just beginning to turn opaque, about 2 minutes.
