Sautéed Cabbage with Brown Butter and Walnuts

– Butter – Shredded cabbage – Walnut pieces – Kosher salt

INGREDIENTS:

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat, and cook, gently swirling the pan.

Stir occasionally, until the butter has foamed and turned a deep golden-brown.

Immediately add cabbage and nuts, and sprinkle with salt. Stir so everything is coated evenly in the browned butter.

Remove from heat. Taste to adjust seasoning, adding a little more salt if needed so the flavors pop.
