Salad:
– Mixed gourmet/spring greens – Pear – Candied pecans – Dried cherries – Goat cheese
Dressing:
– Balsamic vinegar – Maple syrup – Olive oil – Smooth dijon mustard – Kosher salt

Place greens in a large serving bowl.
