Healthier Reuben Dip

Rich and creamy, this appetizer recipe is just loaded with the ever-popular flavors of a Reuben sandwich!

IngredientS

- nonfat plain Greek yogurt - ketchup (natural or organic, see note) - reduced-fat cream cheese, softened - sweet pickle relish - white vinegar - garlic powder - onion powder - kosher salt

Step 1 :  In a medium bowl thoroughly combine Greek yogurt, ketchup, cream cheese, pickle relish, vinegar, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir in corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut.

Step 2 :  Cook dip mixture according to your cooking method of choice (see below), until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot throughout.

Step 3 : Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve with crackers or appetizer breads.
