Red-Miso Salmon

This Red-Miso Glazed Salmon is truly a stand-out – a restaurant-quality meal that’s ready in about 30 minutes.

– Boneless, skin-on salmon filets – Kosher salt – Black pepper – Canola oil – Mirin – Sake – Red miso paste

INGREDIENTS:

In a small bowl, combine green onions, ginger, oil, tamari, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, season the flesh side of the salmon evenly with salt and pepper.

Using a spoon or pastry brush, spread 2 tablespoons of Red-Miso Glaze over top of the salmon.

Place the skillet of glazed salmon into the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.

Serve immediately with Ginger-Scallion Sauce and Blistered Green Beans.
