– Whole wheat flour – All-purpose flour – Cinnamon – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt

INGREDIENTS:

Process the dates, water, brown sugar, and vanilla until completely smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice as needed.

Spoon about half of the muffin batter into prepared muffin liners.

Using a toothpick, swirl the batter in each muffin cup to distribute the caramel.
