Ingredients

– white whole wheat flour – baking soda – salt – organic or reduced-sodium chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained – canola oil – butter, softened – sugar – peppermint extract (not mint or spearmint) – vanilla – egg – white chocolate chip
