INGREDIENTS:

Spread 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter over each tortilla. Top half of each tortilla with ⅓ cup sliced strawberries, crowding the berries. Sprinkle almonds and coconut over berries.

1

Fold the tortillas in half.

2

Place folded tortillas into the hot, preheated skillet and cook on the first side for just a minute or two. Once the tortillas begin to turn golden brown, cook for just another minute.

3

Try adding sliced bananas or dried fruits. You can also sub in different nuts or omit the coconut, if you prefer.
