Praline Peach Muffins

These easy Peach Muffins are bursting with sweet fruit, and topped with a delicious pecan praline streusel!

They're a perfect make-ahead recipe – they freeze beautifully, too!

– Unbleached white flour – Whole wheat flour – Baking powder – Cinnamon – Salt – Brown sugar

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line muffin pans with 12 foil liners. ln a large bowl, combine both flours, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add brown sugar, milk, egg, applesauce, canola oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.

Drain the peaches very well and dice them. Fold in peaches and pecans and stir very briefly, just to distribute.

Spoon batter into prepared muffin liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
