Parmesan Roasted Broccoli Stalks

INGREDIENTS

- broccoli stalks - olive oil - kosher salt - pepper - parmesan cheese

Step 1 :  Remove the tough outer layer Quirky shapes you get as you slice the broccoli up near the florets at the top of each stalk from the broccoli stalks.

Step 2 :  toss with some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 3 :  Once your roasted broccoli stalks are nearly at peak perfection, you flip them and stir them.
