Overnight Chia Pudding

Overnight Chia Pudding is the perfect solution for everyone who feels like they don’t have time for breakfast.

– Milk  – Chia seeds – Sweetener  – Vanilla – Optional for serving: additional mix-ins and toppings such as fruit, jams, and granola

INGREDIENTS:

Mix all ingredients (except optional toppings) in a medium bowl with a spoon or whisk, stirring thoroughly.

Set the mixture aside, and then stir or whisk again after about 10-15 minutes to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

Cover the chia pudding with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
