Ingredients

1Preheat oven to 475°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Toss baby carrots with oil, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Arrange carrots in a single layer on the baking sheets.

You can change up the exact roast-iness you achieve by moving your oven rack closer to (or farther away from) your oven’s heating element.
