How to Roast Carrot

Ingredients

Baby carrots Extra virgin olive oil Kosher salt Black pepper Parsley for garnish

Step 1: Toss your baby carrots with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and pepper.  

Step 2: Spread your carrots out on two parchment-lined baking sheets and pop ’em in the oven, stirring them partway through roasting. 

Step 3: Two words: Fast and Hot. Which means cranking your oven up to about 475°F.
