with Sausage and Spinach

This incredibly easy Italian Orecchiette with Sausage recipe is packed with nutrition and flavor!

– Garlic cloves – Onion – Extra virgin olive oil – Turkey sausage – Spinach – Vegetable broth

INGREDIENTS:

Sauté garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes in olive oil, until lightly browned. Add sausage and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Add spinach and vegetable broth, and let spinach wilt. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, and cook orecchiette until al dente.

Drain pasta and add to pan with sausage mixture. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
