Orecchiette with Sausage and Spinach

This incredibly easy Italian Orecchiette with Sausage recipe is jam-crammed with more nutrition (hello, spinach!) and more flavor than you’d ever guess – even we were surprised!

IngredientS

– Garlic – Olive oil – Italian sausage – Spinach – Vegetable broth – Salt – Black pepper – Red pepper flakes – Orecchiette – Parmesan

Step 1 :  In a large skillet, sauté garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes in olive oil, until lightly browned.

Step 2 :  Add sausage and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until sausage is no longer pink.

Step 3 :  Add spinach and vegetable broth, and let spinach wilt. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
