Old Fashioned Kidney Bean Salad

It’s uniquely delicious, but with no cooking and just a bit of quick chopping, it’s also ultra-fast.

IngredientS

– mayonnaise – Greek yogurt – sweet pickle juice – black pepper – kosher salt – kidney beans – sweet pickles – celery  – Spanish onion

Step 1 : In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, pickle juice, black pepper, and salt, stirring to thoroughly combine. 

Step 2 :  Add kidney beans, pickles, celery, and onions. Gently stir until everything is evenly incorporated.

Step 3 :  Cover and refrigerate at least half an hour (an hour is better, so the salad is thoroughly chilled), or until serving. Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped celery leaves, if desired.
