Healthy No Mayo Coleslaw

This Healthy No Mayo Coleslaw recipe is the perfect middle ground between creamy, deli-style coleslaws and tangy vinegar slaws.

IngredientS

- nonfat plain Greek yogurt - cider vinegar - sugar - kosher salt - black pepper - coleslaw blend or shredded cabbage

Step 1 :  In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, whisking until smooth and thoroughly combined.

Step 2 :  Place slaw blend/cabbage in a large bowl and pour Greek yogurt dressing mixture over top. Stir to coat cabbage thoroughly.

Step 3 : Cover and refrigerate until using (preferably at least 30 minutes).
