No-Bake Crunchy Granola Energy Balls

These no-bake crunchy Granola Energy Balls are filled with protein and whole grains to keep you full and power you through whatever the day might hold!

Quick and easy, and perfect for healthy snacks, or for breakfasts on the run! They’re crunchy, chewy and satisfyingly delicious!

- granola - peanut butter - oats - flaxseed meal - honey - vanilla - dried fruit

INGREDIENTS:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except dried fruit/chocolate chips, breaking up any really big chunks of granola. Stir very thoroughly to combine.

Add dried fruit/chocolate chips to mixture and gently stir again, just until combined.

Using your hands, press firmly to form one-inch balls.

Place in air-tight container and refrigerate until serving.
