Start by chopping your veggies and pepperoni.
Then, fire up a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook your ground beef, sausage, onions and peppers.
Next, you stir in the pizza sauce and pepperoni, just to warm it all through.
And then a little sprinkling of shredded mozzarella.
Cut 3 bell peppers in half and remove the seeds and inner membranes. Then you just roast them briefly in the oven so they’re most of the way cooked.
