– Whole wheat rotini – Grape or cherry tomatoes – English cucumber – Fresh mozzarella – Turkey pepperoni – Red onion
Dressing
– Red wine vinegar – Extra virgin olive oil – Honey – Smooth Dijon mustard – Kosher salt

In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, pepperoni, and onion.
