Herbed Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta

This fabulous Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta is so easy, yet tastes so gourmet.

Impressive enough for dinner parties, but quick enough for busy weeknights!

– Wheat linguine or fettuccine – Olive oil – Sweet onion  – Medium shrimp – Garlic cloves – Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil.

Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, briefly heat oil.

Add shrimp and garlic, and continue cooking until shrimp are just beginning to turn opaque, about 2 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper to the shrimp mixture.
