Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls are the perfect, nutrient-dense, healthy snack for all you Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup lovers!

They’re so easy to make, and loaded up with yummy ingredients that’ll keep you satisfied and energized for hours. They freeze really well, too – great for stocking up!

• oats • flaxseed • peanut butter • honey • cocoa powder • vanilla

Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and cashews. Stir to combine.

Add chocolate chips and cashews to mixture and stir again, just until combined.

Using your hands, press firmly to form one-inch balls. Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate until serving.
