Healthy Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon

This Healthy Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon is a luxuriously delicious way to fuel up for a busy day! 

IngredientS

- whole grain bread - avocado thinly sliced - kosher salt - slices of tomato - loosely packed baby spinach - thinly sliced smoked salmon - thinly sliced green onions - capers

Step 1 :  Lightly toast bread. (Prep and measure all other ingredients before toasting your bread)

Step 2 :  Arrange avocado slices in a thin layer on the warm toast and sprinkle evenly with salt.

Step 3 : Top avocado with tomato, then spinach, then smoked salmon. Sprinkle green onions and capers on top and serve immediately.
