Healthy Hawaiian Banana Bread with Pineapple, Coconut and Almonds

This Healthy Hawaiian Banana Bread doesn’t taste healthy! It tastes like a summery tropical paradise!

- white whole wheat flour - baking powder - baking soda - sea salt - mashed very ripe banana - brown sugar - crushed pineapple - shredded,sweetened coconut - egg, lightly beaten - coconut oil - almond extract - vanilla extract

Step 1 :  In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, whisking to combine thoroughly.

Step 2 :  In a medium bowl, combine banana, brown sugar, pineapple, coconut, egg, coconut oil, almond extract, and vanilla, stirring well to combine.

Step 3 : Make a well in the flour mixture and add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, stirring just until moist (do not over-mix).
