Grilled Potatoes (in Foil)

These ultra-easy Grilled Potatoes rely on a clever foil packet technique to eliminate 3 common, additional cooking steps.

The result is tender, fluffy potatoes with lots of yummy, golden-brown spots!

– Red potatoes  – Garlic – Extra virgin olive oil – Kosher salt – Black pepper

INGREDIENTS:

Place potatoes in the middle of a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

Drizzle and sprinkle all other ingredients on top of the potatoes. Toss the ingredients with your hands.

Bring the sides of the foil together and fold tightly 3-4 times to seal the packet in one direction.

Then fold the other sides 2-3 times to seal the packet in the other direction. Next, put your foil pack potatoes on the grill.
