• wheat rotini • tomatoes • cucumber • mozzarella • turkey pepperoni • red onion
Pour about 1/2 cup of the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. If serving salad immediately, you can add more dressing at this time.
This salad keeps well for at least 5 days, although note the suggestion above to reserve some of the dressing to moisten your salad prior to serving.
