Delicious Honey-Glazed Salmon

This crazy-easy salmon recipe is a little bit sweet from the honey … a tad bit tart from the apple cider vinegar … and all totally awesome.

With ingredients you already have in your pantry, dinner will be ready in no time! And psssst … it’s kid-tested, kid-approved, too!

- salmon - honey - apple cider vinegar - canola oil - garlic - parsley - salt

INGREDIENTS:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a glass baking dish with foil or parchment paper. Place salmon in baking dish.

Combine honey, vinegar, canola oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix until salt is dissolved and ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Pour honey mixture over salmon, making sure salmon is coated completely by glaze.

Bake for 17-22 minutes, checking for doneness. Do not overcook; salmon should be flaky and moist. Serve immediately.

Place the salmon in the pan skin-side down before pouring the glaze over top.
