Crockpot Chicken Dip

"Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip never fails to delight a gathering! It makes a fantastic appetizer, suitable for various occasions like summer potlucks, family holidays, sports parties, and tailgates."

This recipe offers time-saving shortcuts (hello, slow cooker!) and sneaky calorie and fat reductions (don't worry, no one will notice)!

• chicken breast • cheese • yogurt • pepper sauce • celery • onion • cream cheese

Ingredients

Mix the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce in a small, appetizer-sized slow cooker.

1.

Cook on low for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until the cheddar is fully melted.

2.

Before serving, stir cooked dip to make sure everything is smoothly incorporated, and then stir in celery and onion. (We prefer to stir the celery and onion in at the end, so they're still crunchy.

3.

You can also dice the onions and celery and store them in separate baggies. Refrigerate everything until proceeding with the recipe.
