Corn Chowder with Chicken and Bacon

This Crock Pot Corn Chowder with Chicken is so ridiculously easy!

It's a creamy, satisfying soup with the sweetness of corn and just a hint of smoky bacon.

– Non-fat milk – Frozen corn kernels – Frozen diced onions  – Shredded hash brown potatoes  – Cans cream-style corn – Cream of mushroom soup  – Bacon bits

INGREDIENTS:

Combine all ingredients except chicken breasts in your slow cooker, stirring to mix thoroughly.

Add chicken breasts to mixture, pushing them to the bottom of the slow cooker. Cook on low (6-8 hours), or on high (5 hours).

Just before serving, use two forks to shred chicken.

Serve soup sprinkled with cheese or parsley, if desired.

This can also be served in large, hollowed-out, whole-grain rolls as bread bowls.
