“Candy Bar” Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Decadent Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding with sweet coconut and crunchy almonds ... like an Almond Joy candy bar! So perfect for meal prep breakfasts, or even for dessert!

– coconut milk – whole chia seeds – cocoa powder – pure maple syrup – almond extract – fine sea salt – coconut – almonds – mini chocolate chips

Step 1 :  Mix together your milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond extract, and salt, stirring them really thoroughly so they’re totally combined.

Step 2 :  Set your pudding aside briefly – say, for maybe 10 or 15 minutes.Then, stir it again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

Step 3 :  Add your yummy coconut and almonds, and mix them through.
