This Holiday Salad is surprisingly simple to make, and can even be made ahead! Wow your guests with a fun new recipe this year – make this absolutely delicious, crowd-pleasing showstopper for your holiday table!

INGREDIENTS

> romaine lettuce > diced chicken > avocado > hard-boiled eggs > turkey bacon   > red onion > cherry tomatoes

How to Make This  Chicken Cobb “Christmas Tree” Holiday Salad

STEP ONE: Lay your lettuce leaves on a large oval platter or a large, rimmed jelly roll pan.

STEP TWO: As you layer on your lettuce, sprinkle a little of the chicken, avocado, eggs, bacon, and red onion throughout the layers, making sure you have plenty left to sprinkle on top.

STEP THREE: Place the tomato halves, cut-side down on top of the salad, positioned to resemble ornaments.

STEP FOUR: Sprinkle the blue cheese on top to resemble snow.
