Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip 

This Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip still tastes like that appetizer recipe everybody loves! And little pops of savory onion and cooling, refreshing celery.

- skinless chicken breast - cheddar cheese - cream cheese - Greek yogurt - celery - sweet onion

INGREDIENTS:

Mix the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce together in a medium-sized bowl.

Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave again for about 1 1/2 minutes more, until the cheddar cheese is fully melted and the dip is hot.

Before serving, stir the hot dip again to make sure everything is smoothly incorporated, and then stir in the celery and onion.

Serve immediately, garnished with a few thinly sliced green onions, if desired.

You can mix up the chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch, and hot sauce earlier in the day or a day before.
