Cheesy and Nutritious BLT Skillet Pierogi Recipe

This BLT Pierogi Skillet Dinner uses just one pan, and is on the table in 30 minutes!

You can even make it completely ahead so it's ready to reheat on busy evenings!

– Sweet onion – Turkey bacon – Garlic – Frozen mini pierogies – Chicken broth – Sharp cheddar cheese – Baby spinach – Green onions

INGREDIENTS:

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chopped sweet onion and bacon.

Stir in cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated into broth to form a creamy sauce. Then add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

Next add spinach and green onions and stir just until spinach is slightly wilted.

Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes.
