Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta

This super-easy Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta features tender, succulent shrimp in a flavorful Cajun cream sauce.

But unlike many other recipes, it uses the one-pot method to create a restaurant-quality meal quickly, easily, and MUCH more nutritiously!

– Olive oil – Green pepper – Yellow onion – Celery – Garlic – Reduced-sodium chicken broth

INGREDIENTS:

Heat oil over medium heat in a large sauté pan. Add green pepper, onion, celery, and garlic.

Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.

Add broth to deglaze the pan, loosening any browned bits. Then add pasta, undrained tomatoes, milk, seasonings and herbs.

Continue cooking, covered but stirring occasionally and trying to keep the pasta mostly submerged, until the pasta is tender.

Stir in shrimp and continue cooking, covered, until the shrimp are done. Add parmesan cheese and cream cheese.
