These white chocolate muffins are a great breakfast, grab-n-go snack or even a healthy dessert.

– all-purpose flour – whole wheat flour – granulated sugar – brown sugar – baking powder

INGREDIENTS:

In a large bowl, combine both flours, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir well with a whisk until evenly combined.

Spoon batter into prepared muffin liners, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Be careful not to over-bake, as these muffins are much better if they aren't dried out.
