Baked Hummus Dip with Tabouli Topping 

This gorgeous, showstopper hummus dip will be the hit of the party, but it’s an absolute snap to throw together, and can even be prepped ahead!

The perfect combination of two Mediterranean favorites a warm, creamy hummus layer meets a cool, fresh (gluten-free) tabouli-like topping.

• hummus • feta cheese • onions • tomato • parsley • olive oil • kosher salt

Ingredients

In an un-greased serving dish, thoroughly combine hummus, 1/2 cup feta, and green onions.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until hummus mixture is heated through and a bit bubbly and toasty at the edges.

Meanwhile, combine tomato, parsley, 1 1/2 tablespoons feta, olive oil, and salt in a medium bowl, stirring to combine.

Both layers of this dip can be mixed up several hours ahead or even the night before. Cover and refrigerate separately until you're ready to bake the hummus and serve.
