Breakfast Avocado Toast with Egg and Sausage

– avocado – black pepper – kosher salt – egg – turkey sausage – cheddar cheese – nonfat milk

Step 1 :  In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork or a mashing tool. Stir in black pepper and salt. Set aside briefly while you toast the bread and make the scrambled eggs.

Step 2 :  In a small bowl, whisk egg, sausage rounds, cheese, milk, and Tabasco sauce.

Step 3 :  Lightly toast bread. Meanwhile, preheat a small, nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook until the egg is just set but not over-cooked.
