Asian Salmon Burgers

These super-fast Asian Salmon Burgers are a huge hit with our families!

Absolutely bursting with fantastic Asian flavors, it's so satisfyingly delicious with hoisin sauce and creamy avocado!

– Skinless salmon filets – Cilantro leaves – Green onions  – Hoisin sauce – Avocado – Fresh ginger

INGREDIENTS:

Place salmon, cilantro, green onions, hoisin sauce,  avocado, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a food processor.

Shape salmon mixture into four 1/2-inch thick patties and place them on a plate.

Cook salmon patties in sesame oil, covered, for about 4 minutes on the first side.

Meanwhile, as salmon cooks, mash remaining avocado with salt and teaspoon black pepper.
